Anna brings over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, across both defence and commercial sectors. She specialises in programme delivery and operations, leading complex refits and upgrades for warships and small vessels, including Type 45 destroyer programmes and special projects. Her expertise spans global in-service support, engineering improvement initiatives, test and trials, and the development of autonomous vessels.
She has held roles with organisations including BAE Systems, L3Harris Technologies, Carnival UK (Cunard and P&O Cruises), and SYOS, delivering high-quality outcomes for customers and end users. Anna has led rapid autonomy development programmes for defence markets and driven engineering improvements across major cruise fleets.
Anna is passionate about leadership and team development, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. She is also an advocate for Women in Defence and STEM initiatives.
