Michaela joined Griffon Marine in 2025 as Finance Manager, where she led the finance team driving financial performance across the business. She is a Chartered Accountant with 18 years of experience working across a broad range of finance roles.
Michaela began her career in audit & accounts, before moving into financial planning & analysis, holding roles with Estee Lauder and Coopervision Manufacturing. Michaela particularly enjoys partnering with business management and senior leadership teams to analyse and interpret commercial financial data. She is looking forward to adding value in her current roles as Senior Finance Manager, Commercial.
